The most important factor in providing quality service is dedicated, experienced and well-trained personnel. Our staff of over 30 personnel includes engineering, sales and management personnel who are NICET (National Institute for the Certification in Engineering Technologies) certified. We employ over 15 technicians who must complete factory training and certification and a rigorous in-house training and certification (unique to the industry) before going into the field. Additionally, our technical staff is supported by over 10 professionals in contracting, logistics and administration. We are active members of NFPA (National Fire Protection Association), AFSA (American Fire Sprinkler Association), AFAA (American Fire Alarm Association), FSSA (Fire Suppression Systems Association) and NAFED (National Association of Fire Equipment Distributors).
